| Rooftop Units...
On Day of service, we check in with the customer and then proceed to the rooftop. Our trained crews set-up our patented water recovery system to control and manage waste water from the cleaning process. We then turn Disconnect to "off" and start our lock out / tag out procedure. All trash, debris and any other foreign objects from the surrounding areas will be removed. Fleetwash will wash the condensers starting in the opposite direction of the air flow to prevent pushing the obstructions deeper. If at all possible we will wash from both sides. Of course if there are any condensers with: cottonwood/ pre-filters installed, our crews would vacuum them, as pressure washing could cause damage. Once they are cleaned, they can be removed, and the coils may be pressure washed. Once all coils are cleaned Fleetwash will vacuum up all the waste water put all panels back together and collect any data about the unit our customers might need. |
